Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the website lumyo.com. They are about the site, not about the service: if you become a customer, what Lumyo delivers and what it costs is set out in the agreement you sign, and that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.
Who you are dealing with
- Lumyo BV
- Industrieweg 30H, 4283 GZ Giessen, The Netherlands
- Chamber of Commerce [KvK number] · VAT [VAT number]
- info@lumyo.com · +31 (0)40 711 7258
What this site is
It describes what Lumyo does and invites you to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer in the legal sense, and filling in the form does not create an agreement. A contract exists once both sides have signed one.
What we claim, and what we do not
We keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, and we may change it without notice. Figures, descriptions and examples are illustrative. What a verification system does on your site depends on your cameras, your surroundings and your settings, so treat anything here as a description rather than a promise of a particular result.
We also do not promise that the site is always reachable or free of interruption.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, print and share these pages. You may not:
- use the site in a way that disrupts it or burdens it beyond normal use;
- try to gain access to parts that are not public;
- harvest it automatically for other purposes, including the training of models, without our written permission;
- send anything through the form that is unlawful, misleading or someone else's to send.
What belongs to whom
The texts, images, layout, code and the Lumyo name and logo are ours or our licensors'. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. Taking the whole thing, or using our name or logo as though you were us or endorsed by us, needs written permission. Other companies named on the site, for instance camera manufacturers, are mentioned only to say what we work with; their trademarks remain theirs and the mention implies no partnership.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to another site, we have no control over what it does or says and take no responsibility for it.
Liability
We are not liable for damage arising from the use of this site or from relying on what it says, except where the damage results from our intent or deliberate recklessness. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Which law applies
Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Oost-Brabant district, unless a mandatory rule of law points elsewhere.
Draft. These are website terms, deliberately kept short. They are not general terms and conditions for the service itself, and they are no substitute for advice. Fill in the bracketed items and have a lawyer read it before you rely on it.
